Admission Formalities

  • Required Documents/Formalities

    Once the parents decide to apply for the admission of their child to MGS Campus, it is necessary to submit the filled up Admission form along with the following documents to the Admission Officer:

    • Copy of Birth Certificate / Bay Form / Passport
    • Latest photographs passport size (four)
    • Copy of father’s / guardian’s CNIC
    • Last school leaving certificate / report card (if any)
    • Photographs 1”x1” size (three)
